Daniel was very professional from day one at my first inspection. He spoke openly and honestly about the property [I was interested in purchasing] and I instantly felt at ease negotiating with him. I have met some terrible agents in my travels so this was very refreshing. He knew the area very well, including a property I had owned previously, and there was no BS in the information he provided to me. Daniel always returned my calls, same day, if we didn't connect first go. He almost always had the answer to my queries and when he didn't he got back to me ASAP. It was a quick settlement period, but I didn't feel rushed as I trusted Daniel was managing his part. I feel in the end both the vendor and I got the best possible outcome with no games taking up valuable time. A significant portion of this was due to Daniel's "matter-of-fact" and genuine dealings with us. Thanks Daniel!

We met Daniel twice in a morning while we were ‘kicking tyres’ at open homes. He welcomed us and gave us his attention as though we were waving a bundle of cash in his face. It was Daniel’s attitude and manner that led us to our choice almost as much as the property itself. When we fell in love with a property before our other house had sold, Daniel calmly guided us to a way to make an offer that met our situation and was acceptable to the vendor. His calmness continued through a few hiccups from our end, and we arrived happily at the end of our “settlement road”.
