I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel Watt. Ours was a a long and difficult transaction and Daniel's patience, perseverance and professionalism didn't falter throughout. At every juncture, Dan went above and beyond. For much of the process we were absent overseas. Dan managed every step, from helping us find trades people to preparing our apartment for sale, sourcing the right stylist, closely monitoring the progress, and timing the marketing and sale accordingly. Dan astutely targeted and filtered potential buyers, ensuring our eventual sale was the best possible outcome. Dan's communication was thorough and always timely. His honesty, integrity and warm personality made the whole process as close to a pleasure as a difficult transaction could be.
