Daniel was in the main part a very good agent, personable, friendly however during the initial period of the sale the communication was lacking. We were surprised to hear from our conveyancer that the property had sold. Most people would expect a call from the selling agent. Daniel went above and beyond in regard to a small repair matter we had with our tenanted property. He also completed the final inspection with our tenants saving us a 4 hour round trip.
