Danielle was well in tune with the market, she suggested we go to auction which we did and all my market research suggested this was a good strategy. However, the auction was very underwhelming, this didn't phase Danielle and she went to work following up with buyers that had attended previous open houses. She also continued the opens and on occasion held opens by request of potential buyers. I will certainly use Danielle when I can with future purchases or sales.
