Danniell has an amazing knowledge of the local area and the property market, and she was always proactive in providing all the information I needed. she made herself available even after hours and made sure I was prepared by letting me know that once the contract was signed, things would move very quickly. danniell also sent me plenty of information explaining what to expect every step of the way. As this was an investment property, Danniel then introduced me to the investment team. They took the time to sit down with me, explain everything in detail, and answered every question I had. They truly left no stone unturned. I’ve never dealt with a real estate agency that provides this level of service. Danniel and the entire team went above and beyond my expectations. I even needed to post some documents but couldn’t do it myself, so they kindly took care of it for me.
