I’ve been communicating with Danielle on and off for 5 years and also been receiving regular market updates via email. Due to the GFC our property had dropped dramatically in value over a short period and, unfortunately, I had listed the property with a less skilled agent. As a result, I was stuck with a property which was valued dramatically less than we owed on it. Danielle kept me informed over 5 years and put me in touch with industry experts who could assist me in a time of financial hardship. Eventually, Danielle told me when the market had improved enough for us to sell the property and pay out the loan with the proceeds and some savings we had accumulated. I listed with Danielle and received an offer for our asking price within 2 weeks. I know Danielle had received a significant number of awards and accolades over the years we’ve been communicating, but I can say I believe she has earned, and deserved, everyone of them. If I ever consider purchasing realestate in her region again, my first call will be to her team.
