I cannot recommend Danielle Dewhurst, McGrath Real Estate, highly enough. She is a true professional with years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market. I have engaged her services both as a buyer and a seller, most recently for the sale of my property. Danielle and her sales assistant Bonny Walker were an absolute delight to work with, always punctual, extremely diligent and with great people skills. The marketing strategies, regular feedback and follow up with potential buyers were excellent. While other properties continued to sit on the market, my house sold prior to auction at a price that exceeded my expectations and I credit Danielle for that successful outcome. She is, in my opinion, by far the best real estate agent in the Inner West!
