Her approach helped us evaluate our needs in reference to the market, and then her careful management of the auction process led to results greater that our expectations. Our property did not really have an easy or exact 'comparable sale', but Danielle helped explain the market processes that would determine the best outcome. Danielle with her up beat attitude will fight hard for her clients in a very friendly but professional manner. Friendly at first instance and seemed helpful in the beginning of the buying process, but after I purchased the house, she became extremely rude. She made some unpleasant and sarcastic comments when I went to do the final inspection. She had a disgusting attitude towards me and my parents, and as a first home buyer she made me feel that I am wasting her time and spoke down to me just when I ask her reasonable questions. Buying a house is already a hard enough, but dealing with this agent has been the worst experience of out of this process. I am disappointed and will not be recommending her to anyone.

It was by sheer fluke of luck I found Danielle. We had our home listed with a very well known family agent in Sunshine for a whole year!!!! I went to an auction, that was run by Danielle, in the same area as our home as I wanted to see the results of the sale. Danielle blew me away! We were in awe of the way the auction ran!
