1. Why did I hire Danielle to represent my home sale? I first knew Danielle from an Open for Inspection of a house in Sunshine back in 2009 and was impressed by her professionalism. As a home owner, I have been following the local property market (Sunshine and surrounding suburbs). It is always hard to chose an agent to sell your house. There is so much to consider, but in my case it was easy. Danielle Fordham of Sweeney in Sunshine presented as a confident, self assured young lady with a plan that suited me and fell into place with my ideas for the sale. She had charm and a presence whenever she presented herself and an ability to communicate with a variety of client and nationality and she was cool under pressure. My first house sold way over my reserve because Danielle worked extremely hard, sticking to her outlined plans and bringing countless potential buyers through during inspection times. It sold for $50,000 over reserve. It was a brilliant campaign and thrilled me with such a positive result. When I decided to sell my second property I had an easy decision to make.
