About 12 months ago I decided I needed to downsize and move closer to my family in Perth, but didn’t want to sell until I had somewhere to go and needed to leave getting ready to sell after I spent time house sitting for my daughter on the Gold Coast. I contacted Danielle who gave me an appraisal and some suggestions as to what needed to be done to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. Once I returned from the Gold Coast, I began the suggested improvements and when I needed a particular trade Danielle was able to assist me in finding someone to compete the smaller jobs. When requested she came back with further suggestions until we both were happy that the house was ready for photographs and marketing plus I was also ready to sell. During this stage I also contacted two other agents to compare appraisals and found that I was more impressed with Danielle’s integrity. Danielle organised the home open and found a buyer amongst the attendees whom she thought would suit me because I needed a longer settlement date. This suited us both perfectly. She achieved a far higher price than I was expecting which I thought was amazing. Danielle also organised the building and electrical inspections and the builder to do the minor repairs as result of the building inspection so the whole process was stress free for me. Danielle came to the house to pick up the keys and made the transfer very easy. She then rand me on settlement day to let me know that all was settled. I would be more than happy to recommend Danielle to any one wishing to sell their property.

We found the marketing to be of the highest standard with the photos of our house outstanding. Danielle was able to negotiate with the buyers of our home the price we wanted even though it was stretching their budget Danielle went over and above what we expected, even coming back to the house we bought and removing a lot of rubbish left by the previous owner We would have no hesitation in recommending Danielle to be responsible for buying or selling your home.
