From the first inspection it was easy to see that Danielle is professional but in a friendly easy going way. She is very passionate about Mackay area and especially West Mackay..her home and now ours. She addressed any concerns we had immediately and was very forthcoming in offering any extra inspections or chances to walk around the property. Any messages,phone calls etc were answered within the day and if she could not personally talk, always left a descriptive message. Any of the other office staff were also very helpful. Danielle was very professional in acting for us as well as the seller and this was shown in her negotiations between us both. Time frames once the contract was signed went well and she always kept in contact to make sure things went well. Which they did.
