The offer was subject to finance and a day or two before "finance in place" day, Danielle informed us there was a problem with covid in the South Hedland lending branch...not the buyer, so she immediately recruited a broker and we reached settlementvery quickly thereafter. I'm a tradesman and I know the mark of a tradesman is not just to having things ticking along nicely, it's knowing what to do when the shit hits the fan.
