My property had been listed with a different agent for about 6 months, and was not getting much interest. DMR had found a couple of potential buyers while it was not listed with DMR and would have been a split commission. I later listed with DMR. It genuinely looked to me that DMR put in vastly more effort to sell the property, while the other agency appeared to just rely on their network. DMR gave me several updates during the contract period and always called back promptly if I had to leave a message. Highly recommended!

Suzie is an amazing agent and was so obliging when it came to a 'virtual' inspection. I needed to create plans for remodeling certain areas of the house, so, Suzie was out there, on the wekeend, with her tape measure and gave me all the details I needed for me to draw up a house plan and kitchen. We discussed other properties in great detail but I loved the character of this one. Suzie is very prefessional, confident and on the ball and I wish her all the best for her real estate career.
