I would give no stars if I could!
We bought a home in Cootamundra with an existing tenant on a 6 month lease, during the settlement period she moved the tenants into one of HER other rental's. Instead of getting rent from day one, we had to find new tenants! Danielle was helpful in the beginning, BUT once we paid our deposit she changed to a different person. The house’s ingoing report didn’t match the outgoing report, and was left filthy with rubbish and maintenance problems that were not disclosed. I wouldn’t recommend Danielle at all.
