We were looking to sell privately but decided to give Danielle a go instead. Life was incredibly busy and we just didn’t need the stress. Good thing we chose her. She unearthed some complicated issues with the block that we were actually told were not an issue by the agent we bought off 12 years earlier. This saved us an incredible amount of time and stress. Danielle’s attention to detail and knowledge of local by-laws saved us an awful lot of stress and time. Something we struggle to find in our very busy lives. Very professional, approachable, not the least bit pushy, a straight shooter (love that the most) and above all fantastic at her job. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
