Danni is excellent and I can not recommend her enough. She sold our property on the first weekend it hit the market at a record price. We were totally blown away. She had her finger on the pulse and kept us informed all the way. She is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills. She really knows how to engage with you as a seller, and that was particularly important to me as it hasn't always been my experience with some other real estate agents. After missing the initial inspection for a house I was keen on because I'd accidentally double booked inspections, Danni was lovely and accommodating and let me view the place even though I was running late. Lucky she went above and beyond to help me view the place, otherwise I might have missed out! She was warm, friendly, professional and told me lots about the neighbourhood and what it is like to live out at Ipswich, as I am moving from Brisbane and am unfamiliar with the area. There were no mind games or being stuffed around which was refreshing, as I'd unfortunately experienced this with a couple of agents in Brisbane previously. Danni was upfront, kind, a clear communicator and made the process of buying my first home much less stressful than I thought it would be. She also filled me in on the local public transport options, schools and more.
