He does this for a living and it so difficult to know what else to spend money on when selling, so he was great at providing that advice straight away which is not obvious unless you have this experience. He saved me a lot of heartache and money. Additionally, he knew the tradies in the area and helped me sort out final touches quickly. He also recommended staging, which really made our property look even more amazing. He did things like get the blower out to do a final touch up before open homes and listened to all my concerns and requirements at all stages of selling our home. He knows the area well, and was able to quickly point out the features of our property and its location, something that a local really knows well. He also knew about the smaller things about a home in a place like Dodges Ferry, such as where the septic tank was, and what valves etc to what, and if he didn't know he figured it out. I will be asking for his services again in the near future. I highly recommend Danny.
