He is such a friendly person and so optimistic. my place was a hard place to sell. weather board unit, when most people only want new .He said, have another open home even though we had , had one with little interest .I had just about given up and he lets me know he has some people to show .and low and behold they make an offer, lower offer than I wanted but he negotiated and got the results.Great agent.
