My house required a lot of maintenance and I realised I could not afford to do a lot of it. My first thought was to have a consultation with an agent to find out how much I would need to do for a sale. Danny said he could sell it without me doing anything. He told me how much he thought I could get and said he could have it sold within 2-3 weeks. The team came through and the Sale board went up a week later and the house was sold 4 days later at a higher figure than I was told. He also was able to get me more than the 10% deposit to help me. The whole process was over so quickly with minimum stress which amazed me. Also, no open days!
