Danny was realistic, honest, diligent and straightforward. In a difficult current market for sellers, he used very low cost marketing initiatives and regular 'open home inspections' within such a short period of time presented me multiple offers. After many negotiations he went the extra mile to get me the best maximum result possible (higher than most valuators out there). The biggest difference with Danny and most agents is that he 'keeps it real' with no B.S approach. I can't speak highly enough about the level of communication and availability to discuss about literally anything, anytime, and even via text message!
