I had high expectations from Danny based on his rating but unfortunately my own experience with him was disappointing. In the current QLD hot property market it took him close to 3 months to sell my fully renovated house in superb location. Similar properties advertised by other agents sold within days of advertising. He couldn’t achieve a reasonable asking price either, His constant negativity and pressure to lower the price tag was very frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend Danny to sell your property.

Danny quickly knew I was a serious buyer and that the property was not going to stay on the market long . He helped me through the process and made sure that I did a building and pest . He forwarded requested documents and information promptly. He demonstrated his experience in real estate and knowledge of the market and area .

I still spoke to a number of other real estates but Danny seemed like a genuinely nice guy, very knowledgeable on the area, streets, specific properties, the local community/ people and the market. A real people person, easy to talk to, I felt at ease and confident that he’d do a good job dealing with prospective buyers and negotiating access with the tenants occupying the property and ultimately do a good job with selling. His communication is great, he was always available and seemed to work every day of the week and sometimes at night. It just felt right that I went with him and I have no regrets, the duplex sold within 5 days and yes although the market is good for selling, I am sure it was also due to his skill and expertise. I don’t believe I would have got such a good price if it weren’t for Danny.

Danny was a true gentleman! His local knowledge is outstanding and so it is clear why he sells so many homes in the area. It was a stressful decision to sell but he was there every step of the way, communicating well and answering my concerns.
