Danny made a point of ringing weekly and forwarding information regarding feedback, views, etc. He had Weekly home opens and some private viewings. Danny tried hard to secure a buyer at the suggested price guide. Unfortunately, the property took approx 6 months to sell to a limited market, and price not met.
