I found Danny to be personable and always available when any clarification of the purchasing process was required. I would recommend Danny to any buyer or seller looking for an agent and would have no hesitation in using Danny’s services again. Overall just a friendly and knowledgeable agent with a flair for the real estate game.

Danny was great to work with. His market knowledge and communication were excellent. Danny was honest and very clear when talking about sales, pricing and the process around selling. Danny took time to discuss issues with me at any time and was more than happy to assist with how the home should be presented for sale. Danny’s easy going manner and knowledge of the area and market helped take the angst out of selling, I would definitely recommend Danny to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I would highly recommend Danny to both sellers and buyers. Danny was helpful and kept me informed as the purchase progressed. Even when faced with challenges beyond his control, Danny and his team were able to calmly and professionally navigate through to a result that everyone was happy with.

Danny was extremely easy to talk to and deal with through our house purchase, going above and beyond to respond to my endless questions and step us through the process as first home buyers. Thanks to Danny for all his help and fantastic outcome. I can’t recommend him enough.

Danny was really approachable, he actually listened to us and took on board our expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and communicated in a very open and honest way. He took our thoughts and ideas into account and got us the results we wanted. I would highly recommend him…

Danny was an absolute legend when it came to the sale of our property. I was very stressed and highly strung throughout the process and he made it so easy to navigate everything and helped me keep my cool! It was a seamless and smooth ride with our property sale, so I appreciate that Danny often checked in with me, even though there was nothing to worry about! I highly recommend Danny to sell your property. He explained every step in detail, kept me involved in everything from the photos, the pricing, to the property description. He felt like my personal property expert which is so appreciated. Thank you, Danny!

It's telling that the one word many other posters here have used to describe Danny is 'genuine'. And indeed he is. I met Danny at a number of other open houses and he was always helpful and personable - and genuine. So when it came to dealing with him on the purchase of this house, I knew there would be no game-playing antics as I have experienced with other agents in the past. Danny was direct, to-the-point and always kept me in the loop about where the deal was up to. He was also most accommodating when it came to setting up a series of inspections. Danny is to be highly recommended - the kind of agent to give the McGrath brand a good name.

Danny Has a good understanding of the property market and controlled the sale of the property from start to finish . While keeping us informed throughout the process. And making it a very easy process. Thanks 😁
