Danny did a a good selling job, and worked hard. He didn't get the price we initially wanted but guess that's just the market, as one can't fault the effort he put in. His style is to give a huge amount of feedback to sellers, which was not what we wanted - we didn't want to be involved in the minutiae of the selling, just to see any reasonable offers. However, when we pointed this out Danny was very receptive and reduced feedback to weekly reports. He was also unfailingly pleasant and professional and reacted very positively to any suggestions from us. We also felt reasonably confident that we could trust him to prioritize our best interests, which is certainly more than can be said of most in his profession, so very happy to strongly recommend him.
Danny is very knowledgeable regarding the market on the Gold Coast, we had a very difficult buyer at first but he handled it very professionally and at the end he got a new buyer for us and at a good selling price without any conditions and we are very happy with outcome.
Purchased a house through Danny this year which turned out to be a bit of a journey! An overseas sale in the UK made my part of the process extra complicated, Danny was great to work with and mediate between myself and the Vendor to ensure everyone was happy, he handled everything with respect and patience and was always available to help. We eventually got everything done with a short closing timeline to settle before Christmas which was the goal for my family.
