He also communicated clearly whenever important decisions needed to be made. Despite challenging market conditions and rising interest rates, Danny was able to negotiate a strong sale price for us. He is professional and dependable, and I felt comfortable leaving the marketing and negotiation decisions in his hands. He was always responsive on WhatsApp and email, and would promptly return calls. I was particularly impressed that he took the time to message me even while on holiday on the day of settlement.
