Unprofessional. Every time I ask questions related to the property, Daphne would say she is not sure or ask someone else. For any repair enquiry inside the property, she said building manager can fix those, which is totally wrong. Unpunctuality. 10 mins late for the first inspection, 15 mins late for the final inspection, 1 hour late for collecting keys. For the 1 hour late keys collecting, she said it is because she heard from someone else that the settlement cannot be made in the morning. And she did not follow it up with both solicitor later that day, until I contacted her for the key. There are two agent working for the property, they would pass the buck to each other when I have any concerns. As a result, none of my concerns have been solved.
