Daphne deserves accolades

Daphne navigated through a sometimes nerve racking and precarious investment property sale with absolute professionalism and confidence, even when I was losing mine. She negotiated the way, both literally and figuratively, with determination and conviction. It wasn’t a slipstream sale and when tenants are involved there are always barriers to perfect presentation, opening times, difficult managing agents and walking the proverbial tightrope of trying to keep everyone happy. Daphne certainly put her best stiletto forward and got a great result. She went above and beyond. She organised flowers and candles and stood over the tenants so they didnt kick their undies under the bed and smiled through it all. She is diligent, trustworthy and really lovely to work with. Ro
