Could not be more impressed by the efforts that Darcy made to sell our house. He has delivered the best possible result for us and we are more than thankful! From our first meeting to the last call he was more than helpful, he was always straight down the line honest with us, dependable answering all our calls and questions with the utmost professionalism and promptness. I always had the feeling that he was looking out for our best intentions and was putting more effort in to our sale than I had received in the past from other real estate agents. Everything was on point as well photos, marketing, web site, inspections, reports, feed back you name it spot on! I have no hesitation recommending Darcy and his team to anybody you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Darcy and team!

Darcy was very professional. He organised a prompt inspection of the property we were interested in. Within 48hrs it was a done deal and we had purchased it. No hard sell, just a seamless transaction.

We have just sold our family home and would like to share the experience we had with our agent Darcy Kean from Century 21 Moonee Beach. Selling was a huge decision especially in a market where many factors were making buyers more cautious . Given this we decided to contact Darcy as he is the local Moonee Beach agent for his opinion and advise. From our first meeting he gave us a lot of confidence with an achievable plan to get the best result from our sale. His sales results and customer reviews showed he has an intimate knowledge of the local market. His communication and detailed feedback throughout the time on the market was first rate , transparent and considered which helped maintain our confidence. We highly recommend Darcy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property and is looking for an agent who will make it as smooth an experience as possible.

Darcy was informative, honest and always available to answer our questions. He knew the property and area well.

Darcy Kean is a reliable, competent and honest real state agent who genuinely cares for his clients. His knowledge of the local housing market is unrivalled. We would recommend his services to anyone who needs assistance buying or selling a property.

We found Darcy to be a very caring, confident and efficient agent for the sale of our family home of 23 years. He has excellent local knowledge of the Sapphire area and knows first hand what a great location it is to live in. The sale of our home was made more complex due to having a tenancy agreement in place during the marketing campaign. Darcy and his team at Century 21 went above and beyond and were are able to coordinate and liaise with all the different parties perfectly to achieve a great result for us. He kept us up to date through the entire campaign. The advertisement online was well written and the photo presentation (including drone photos) really highlighted the attributes of our home and it’s location.

Clear communicator, Professional in his interactions.

I am very happy with my experience selling two of my homes with Darcy. Great communication, very informative and professional.

Not much to say actually. Darcy responds like a professional, he provides all information asked for in a timely manner, and he is a good listener. So, it's a good thing when you don't have to hold any reservations about writing a good review.

Using experience , local market knowledge and proactivity, Darcy found the right buyer for our property in less than a week after our initial discussion.
