This is the first time we have sold a property so it is a little difficult to make a realistic comparison. We were more than happy that the property sold so quickly and the whole process was carried out satisfactorily with very little input from us. It was great that much of the paperwork was done electronically without the need to travel to Wynyard. After 41 years of ownership, we were sad to see the property go, but with a 5 hour drive from Hobart it was just not practical to maintain and use it as a holiday house. Darcy has been approachable in our quest to purchase 17 Quiggin St. He did not force his ideas nor have an irritating sales gimmick that almost ruins the sale.
