Darcy took the time to establish a marketing strategy for our home. As the home was unique to Norman Park, being on a tiny 200sqm lot it was difficult to establish market value and we understood this would mean finding a unique buyer. Darcy ‘got’ our house and who it was for. He was patient and effective taking prospective buyers through the home allowing them time to experience the space.
