Darcy and his team, Annabelle and Aleysha have been consummate professionals during the process of selling our home. Darcy delivered on everything he promised when marketing our property and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were fortunate to meet Darcy when purchasing our new property. Despite initially having had another agent in mind to sell our property, once we started working with Darcy it was immediately apparent he was a straight shooter, hard working and client focused and we immediately wanted to work with him. At every point in the process Darcy provided great practical advice, from invaluable recommendations for tradespeople to prepare the property for sale and excellent photographers to market it. Darcy & Annabelle always kept us informed at every step of the process, moved quickly and made what can be a stressful process a seamless and enjoyable one. We found that Darcy’s depth of experience with the negotiations was invaluable when offers were received. Annabelle was also excellent and it is clear she shares the same enthusiasm, and a similar genuine and direct approach. Given our extremely positive experience, when the time eventually comes to sell again we wouldn’t consider using any other agent than Darcy and his team.
