We found Darcy a great agent and person to deal with. If he did not know an answer he would find out the answer and get back as soon as he could, not just waffle on like many other agents and just make stuff up just to suit themselves. He always returned calls and texts and nothing was trouble for him. He made the whole process less stressful explaining the auction procedure [which we were against from the start, as it is a complete farce when there is only two bidders the auctioneer and you]. If Darcy stays honest and reliable we see him having a great career in realestate. We found a lot of other agents full of themselves and just tell lies to get sales or not bother answering to inquiries.
