Darcy has been a effective and inviting agent to discuss with. His responses are quick and effective and takes the extra effort to ensure all parties are happy. However my only issue I identify is that Chloe McConnell his associate was at the open house, assisted me with my contract and was my main point of contact until Chloe was on leave. It seems that Chloe has completed all the front line or main work and Darcy has taken over once the sale has been confirmed. This is not a complaint it is more of an awareness that Chloe McConnell deserves more recognition than it seems she is getting.
