I engaged Daren to sell my vacant subdivided lots. Daren has a great understanding of subdivision requirements - the overall process, developer responsibilities VS buyers responsibilities, timing, costs etc. so he was able to pass this information onto myself and buyers, with confidence. He proved proactive on many occasions, coming to me with ideas and proposals in order to get more traction and interest in my lots. He would never shy away from doing a little extra work and was always honest and upfront with me. I received regular updates on enquiries and feedback. Overall - Great experience.
