Darrell was amazing. He helped us every step of the way and kept up updated as we had quite difficult owners to deal with through the purchase process. His honestly was appreciated and he was upfront with us in regards to asking price, other buyers and the process. He even played the go between after it was all signed and sealed and helped us get into our first home without any delays. I first meet Darrell whilst he was selling a unit in the block where I lived, he called to tell me the price it was sold for ,and I decided to sell my unit . He came out looked a my unit and arranged a selling style and I went ahead with it . A few things did not go as we wanted ( mainly school holidays at Christmas)and he advised me to hold off to mid January, which we did and a few weeks later we had a buyer.
