my sale of my property

I first meet Darrell whilst he was selling a unit in the block where I lived, he called to tell me the price it was sold for ,and I decided to sell my unit . He came out looked a my unit and arranged a selling style and I went ahead with it . A few things did not go as we wanted ( mainly school holidays at Christmas)and he advised me to hold off to mid January, which we did and a few weeks later we had a buyer. Darrell himself was open about what to do and very pleasant manner to deal with.
