We were purchasing and Darrell was great to deal with; we spoke to him when we viewed a number of properties until the last property that we purchased through him in Ashmore. Our situation was slightly complicated with a long settlement - Darrell took it on board and was a great go-between with us and the sellers (who we met in person as part of the negotiation).
