I approached Darrell to sell my home solely based on two things. How he treated each prospective buyer at other homes he was selling whilst I accompanied another wishing to buy. Photographs of repairs completed supporting warranties was helpful in building and pest inspections. All verification handed over to new owners upon settlement.
