That's what the sign on our property should have said - "Property NOT for Sale"! Darrell sold our property so quickly we barely had time to notice it was on the market, and how often do you hear that?! I think anyone who has sold a property has had an agent give them a 'pie-in-the-sky' selling price, and have been left to find themselves desperately awaiting offers - finally selling at a much lower price months and months later.
