Feedback more than testimonial. - The sales process for me finishes when I own the property, I may still require agent assist. If that does not happen I will not rate the same as I do now. This survey should be asked post settlement to ensure your team deliver a complete service. Not just one thats there until the time where your fees are locked in. Unconditional Sale means agent get fees, it is not until settlement where the owner or purchaser are at the end of their experiance.
