Being the buyers I really didn't expect that Darren would have been so helpful as he was, he acted as the middle man with the vendor once our offer was accepted, allowing us to negotiate and inform them of our situation. We actually thought we may go over out finance clause period and we were concerned. Darren ensured that he kept the vendor notified and a resolution was agreed to. He also made sure he was available when we needed him for inspections, information and advice. We really appreciate Darren's help and would recommend him to buyers and sellers in the future.
