I have known Darren Bender for 4 years. He was very professional and very good knowledge of the market. His advice was very tailored and appropriate for my circumstances. His communication and follow up was very through. I would highly recommend him, and I personally will use him again.

Darren has consistently provided excellent and appropriate advice for my individual circumstance. He always put my needs first and provided advice that considered my personal financial and life situation. Darren was the only agent, some 16 or so years ago that assisted me with managing the sale of a property belonging to my Grandmother who had recently died. Of the three agencies I contacted, he was the ONLY person who was considerate about the circumstance. The other two agents (from other high profile Newcastle agencies) arrived claiming to already have buyers and all I needed to do was sign the contract. They behaved in such a shonky fashion I despaired of managing the sale of a deceased estate. However, Darren came with a comprehensive analysis/appraisal of the market and offered it to me (knowing, having listened to me! that it was my father who had to manage the sale, I was just assisting) along with his kindness, given the circumstance of engaging his services. Since this engagement, I have only ever requested his services when it came to selling property and have trusted him completely. I believe that he has never once "baffled me with bullshit!" He has always offered his considered advice upon request, even whilst on well deserved holidays! (Sorry Darren and family for those interruptions.)
