Darren and Lou both operated very professionally in their role as agent. They were quite realistic without over-promising and under-delivering. Good communication was shared with us of each open home or need for potential buyers to look through home so as there were no surprises (no hidden costs). Financially, it would have been better for us if the buyers had been nudged to a quicker settlement but recognise there were other considerations as well.
