This was our third house sale and emotionally the most difficult. Darren presented a great strategy to sell our house as quickly and painlessly as possible. And he delivered. He went the extra mile when we were away by blowing off our outside are and making sure everything was perfect for open house. He doesn't just stop at the contract but follows through to settlement.
