Well what can I say. Darren did everything he said and more. We live interstate and so were selling the house without being present for any of the process and to make matters worse my husband was away with work throughout the whole process, however with Darren on board the stress of the situation was removed. He was fantastic at keeping in touch and replied to calls, texts and emails very promptly (even in the early hours of the morning). It was great to have an agent who kept us so updated with things and was so easily contactable.He also provided excellent advice on what to do to the house to increase potential return with minimal spending. He was very realistic on his valuation and what he said he could get for the home he delivered on (actually he exceeded it) and he was also very accurate on how long he expected it would be on the market for. He did not try telling us he could sell it for an unrealistic figure and leave us with a home on the market for an extended period of time. He made the whole process very easy for us especially considering we were not local. I do not believe it would have been as straight forward and simple if we had used another agent. Darren definitely went above and beyond, even putting the dustbins out after our tenant had vacated the property (which was managed by another estate agency) and before the home went on the market. Darren definitely did all he said he would do and worked hard for us and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
