I put my house up for sale at the beginning of Covid. I am an older single woman who works full time. So consequently didn't have much time to spare, no one to help me and was quite anxious about the whole process and having to think about Covid as well. Darren was actually very kind, helpful and understanding with every aspect. Nothing was a problem no matter how many times I called and asked questions. He also had a good sense of humour which helped me as well. In the beginning it was a bit slow as people didn't want to leave their homes for fear of catching something, but Darren had plenty of hand sanitizer on hand and stuck to the Covid rules. The house sold for a good amount and he also helped me find the new one, which was great. And when it was all over he gave me a huge bunch of flowers and many chocolates (I don't drink). which was very appreciated. It was a stressful time for me made easier by Darren. Great job.
