We dealt with Darren Dodd and found him a very honest, friendly and a respectable sales person. He took us through the property twice on our request and answered all the questions promptly. His most impressive conduct was that at the final inspection when I had the electricity connected at the property, he was running around switching on and making sure all the appliances, gas and air conditioning were working properly although the terms and conditions clearly stated the property has to be purchased " as is".
