I was asked to review Darren but I did not meet him during the sales process at all, only one phone call just before auction as he was auctioneer only, Tommy was the sales agent, good work Tommy to find the buyer. Darren did his job to get reserve/minimum so that was good part, but it was still below target, also what their sales team expected. Darren was also surprised about roof construction when arriving to auction?? So maybe not best prepared but as mentioned, he did his job and sold it...so 3 stars for that. I have sold several properties before so I do have some comparison also.
