Kristen was full of promises but did not follow through on what she said she would do. We are bitterly disappointed and would not recommend buying from this agent if you are expecting a trustworthy and transparent agent.

Darren was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend his services if you are looking for, or selling a property.
This is the second time we have chosen Darren to be our agent for the sale of our property. Darren has a vast knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and what is required to deliver high results on a regular basis in a very quick time frame. Darren's communication skills are excellent and he operates in a friendly and professional manner. We would not hesitate to work with Darren in the future and highly recommend him and his wife Kathy for any property sales.
Thank you Darren for helping us sell our home and move to the next phase of our life in a larger home with a growing family.
In my dealings with Darren I have found him to be friendly and personable. Darren was very helpful when it came to my specific financial situation and how to go about the deposit etc. With anything I have asked for or about, nothing has been a problem. My daughter Danielle thinks Darren has a good handshake.
I found the "Kathy & Darren team" at all times very friendly and professional and felt that they had my best interests at heart. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren and he certainly eased the selling process.
My interaction with Darren was brief. I purchased one of Darren's listed houses on a 28 day contract while he was on holiday overseas. He did, however, manage the open for inspection and contract signing activities. The vendor and her family were either disorganised or unreliable and consequently there were last minute hiccups. My agency contact was ultimately an administrative assistant who was nice enough, but could not appear to get any response from the Vendor or her family. The issue (whilst minor) could have resulted in legal action, had I not found a way to mitigate potential losses. I'm not sure what to make of the matter, except that the Vendor's daughter called me repeatedly in the early days of conveyancing, strongly stating her personal relationship with staff at the estate agency. She later appeared to turn a bit nutty. She talked a lot about numerous things, and I'm not convinced that much of what she said was even true. At the end of the day, the most important thing is that I got a very good house for a very good price. In a nutshell, I think the agent and agency were good. Both Darren and Sally (the administrator) were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend, however, that care be taken in the future, as to how much trust is placed on 'friends' during any business transaction.
We purchased our home over the internet and Darren was so helpful with information and pictures. He was continually supporting us throughout the whole process.
We would highly recommend Darren Hood and staff at Blue Water Real Estate when. Considering buying or selling their home. A very friendly and professional real estate agent
