We originally bought our home from Darren a few years ago. He was very polite and friendly at the open for inspection and arranged for us to have a second look the next day. We bought the home quite quickly and felt that Darren was honest and up front with us and communicated between us and vendor with nothing but integrity and honesty. Very refreshing after moving here from Melbourne. We have recently decided to sell our home and knew immediately that Darren would be our agent. Our home was on the market for only 4 weeks and has now been sold. We are very pleased with the outcome of the sale and feel that Darren supported our goals and secured the sale as professionally as he did in the beginning. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone thinking of selling! He is an honest and fair agent and a great person! Thank you Darren so much!!!

Darren has been extremely patient & always available to explain the sale progress. He's a good communicator & manages sticky situations with aplomb & grace. I didn't ever feel pressured to adopt different strategies even when interest in the property appeared to wane.

Darren demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in selling my home. He worked hard to achieve the best possible result and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was excellent, always ensuring I was updated. Darren's knowledge of the local market really stood out and gave me confidence in his approach. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice guy, making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Darren and the PRD team.

We found Darren to be genuinely caring throughout the entire process of the sale of our property. He kept us informed at all times, and suggested strategies to get the property sold within a reasonable timeframe. Always polite & efficient, Darren went out of his way to make sure everything was done according to the plans we had laid out.
